New Jersey State Police have successfully identified a man found floating in the ocean off Atlantic City more than four decades ago. Using advanced genetic genealogy, investigators determined the body discovered in May 1981 was Glen Napoleon Burbage, a 59-year-old retired U.S. Coast Guard commander from South Carolina. Burbage had flown to Atlantic City just two months before his body was recovered and had subsequently vanished without a trace.
