Twisties Tavern On Then Bay in Strathmere has been listed for sale by the owners of the past twenty-five years, according to NJ.com. Originally opened in 1929, the Strathmere Inn Cafe is said to have hosted the legendary Al Capone for a meal, and may have operated at a prohibition-era speakeasy.
