Three teenagers have been charged by Atlantic City Police for repeatedly refusing to leave a business during the early morning hours of Tuesday. The three males refused to comply with police orders after the merchant attempted to remove them from the business. The investigation revealed that one of the youths had 355 bags of heroin in his possession.
