51 year old Everette Williams of Atlantic City has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident that caused the death of a 17 year old Galloway Township boy earlier this year. Authorities say Williams’ vehicle struck the teen, then he fled the accident and removed the VIN numbers from his vehicle. The accident occurred in February on the White Horse Pike in Absecon.
