Atlantic City Mayor, Wife Charged with Child Abuse

Some serious charges have been filed against the mayor of Atlantic City and his wife who are both charged with child abuse. Atlantic County authorities say Mayor Marty Small and his wife have been charged with abuse in connection with the treatment of their teenage daughter. Both have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
