An Atlantic City man has been sentenced to four years in state prison for a 2023 shooting that injured two people and nearly struck a toddler. Prosecutors say Christopher Davis fired 27 shots on South Florida Avenue, hitting two men in the legs and striking a parked car where a two-year-old was strapped into a car seat. Davis pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and weapons charges and must serve more than three years of his sentence before becoming eligible for parole.
