An 18-year-old from Atlantic City will remain behind bars in connection with a stolen vehicle crash that killed an Egg Harbor Township couple, despite evidence showing that he was not the driver. A judge denied release for Nayshaun Brown during a detention hearing on Thursday. Brown and three other teenagers face several conspiracy charges, including joyriding and eluding police, stemming from the collision that claimed the lives of Robert Barr Jr. and Alice Stilwell about two weeks ago.
