Atlantic City’s Historic Steel Pier Listed for Sale at $85 Million

Atlantic City’s historic Steel Pier has been put up for sale with an asking price of $85 million. Located across from the Hard Rock Hotel + Casino, the five-acre oceanfront property currently features rides, a helipad, and prior approvals for a condo-hotel entertainment complex. First opened in 1898 as a theater, the landmark expanded over the decades to become known as the “Showplace of the Nation.”
