No tax hike again this year in Avalon. Avalon Business Administrator Scott Wahl presented the 2024 municipal budget Wednesday afternoon and it calls for no tax hike and continues the elimination of long-term general obligation debt. Avalon has maintained its top AAA bond rating from Standard and Poor’s.
