Avalon Shuts Down Opposition to New Stormwater Pipe

Avalon officials shut down limited but vocal opposition to the relocation of a brand new stormwater pipe on 7th Street. Business Administrator Scott Wahl provided videos of the old pipe that had failed and described why the pipe should be located near the middle of an easement held by the Borough on two properties. The property owners would not even own the property if the Borough didn’t vacate a street end 44 years ago.
