The battle continues in court over a request by some casino workers to ban smoking in Atlantic City’s gaming halls. However, a large employees union and a state have both requested a dismissal of the suit, saying if smoking is eliminated, some jobs will be gone too. Smoking is allowed on one fourth of a casino’s gaming floor.
