Cape May County Commission Chairman Len Desiderio is calling out the State of New Jersey, saying “Trenton has everything backwards” relating to laws regulating juvenile behavior. Commissioner Len Desiderio says he will meet with the County Prosecutor and County Sheriff to discuss how county resources can assist local communities who have large, uncontrollable packs of juveniles in their communities. Ocean City experienced a stabbing on its boardwalk over the weekend; Wildwood declared a state of emergency and closed its boardwalk due to juvenile behavior.
