County Prosecutor: Phone Scams on the Rise in Cape

Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland says the number of phone scams are on the rise in Cape May County. Sutherland says the callers represent they are from law enforcement and you must pay over the phone to avoid going to jail. Sutherland says if you get a call of this nature, do not give any money and contact your local police immediately.
