County to Consider $5 Million Project in Upper Township

Cape May County Commissioners meet next week to consider the award of a $5 million contract for a project in Upper Township. The Commission’s agenda includes a potential contract to South State, Inc. for pedestrian walkway and railing improvements over Mill Creek. Two new appointments to the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority are also expected at the meeting.
