Authorities are looking for answers after nearly thirty small sharks washed ashore on a Cape May County beach this week. The animals, which officials believe are juvenile dogfish, were discovered along a ten-block stretch of sand in Sea Isle City. Photos of the discovery posted to social media showed at least one shark with a visibly injured underside, raising further questions about how the animals died.
