50 year old Clay Stake of Egg Harbor Township has been charged with multiple counts of insurance fraud. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced Stake told police that his vehicle was stolen from his property which was subsequently involved in a motor vehicle accident when in fact Stake was behind the wheel of the car. The incident occurred one week ago; Stake was released on a summons.
