A 39 year old Egg Harbor Township man has been indicted on charges that he left the scene of a fatal accident earlier this year. Sean P. Duffy was indicted this week in connection with the accident in February that killed 68 year old Neil G. Burman. Burman was on his bicycle when he was allegedly struck by Duffy’s vehicle.
