Eight people have been charged in connection with a large-scale dogfighting operation based in Maurice River Township, Cumberland County. 103 dogs were involved in the operation, and fighting equipment has been recovered; two dogs were found dead in a pit. The ringleader has been identified as Bruce Low, Jr. who faces a litany of charges.
