Flash Flood Warning Sunday Morning, Streets Flooded, Accidents

It looks like Mother Nature wants to make up for our lack of rain in June in one morning. Two to three inches of rain will fall in Cape May County Sunday morning as a Flash Flood Warning remains in effect in our area until 11:00am. Many local streets in barrier island communities are flooded, and there have been vehicles sliding off the Garden State Parkway into wooded areas.
