A 22 year old man from Guatemala has been indicted by a federal grand jury for traveling to Cape May County to kidnap a minor. The suspect is identified as Sergio Gomez, also known as “Abner Abigail Chub-Choc”. Authorities allege Gomez used the internet and cell phone to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity. Gomez came to Cape May County and took the minor to Georgia to engage in sex. The minor was safely recovered.
