Judge’s Errors Leads To New Trial For Man Convicted Of Stabbing Father To Death

Some may remember the case of Michael Tedesco, a man from Millville who was serving a 20 year sentence for stabbing his father to death. 44 year old Michael Tedesco was acquitted of murder in 2021 by his jury, and was found guilty of second-degree passion-provocation manslaughter, and weapons and theft charges. NJ Advance Media also states that Tedesco took his fathers car and cash after the killing. Michael Tedesco stabbed his 66 year old father Gary Tedesco in Millville in 2019.
