Stone Harbor is taking a new approach to solving its issues with a paid parking app. Borough officials have identified in the streets all of the parking spots that are affiliated with the Park Mobile paid parking app. The app got off to a rocky start last night as the number of parking summonses skyrocketed due to confusion about paid parking in the community. Paid parking begins in Stone Harbor on May 1st.
