Atlantic City High School Principal Constance Days-Chapman has been charged with official misconduct and other offenses for failing to properly report an incident of child abuse. A juvenile reported emotional and physical abuse at home to school officials, but Days-Chapman allegedly never reported the abuse to the Division of Child Protection and Permanency. The incident has been investigated by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
