Middle Township’s social media page announced the passing of former Township Solicitor Marcus Karavan. Karavan served as the municipal solicitor for Wildwood and Stone Harbor, and was a longtime local lawyer. Mayor Chris Leusner calls Karavan a “fierce legal defender of our constitutional rights”.
