Lower Township will discuss two bond ordinances during its council meeting Monday. One ordinance totals $4.6 million and will finance capital projects in the township, while the second ordinance is $3.4 million for various street and drainage improvements. Council will also consider a place to place liquor license transfer from an inactive license to a property at 926 Ocean Drive.
