A 46 year old man from Cape May County has been charged with fourth degree obstruction and failure to be fingerprinted after he refused to provide his cell phone to investigators that are probing the death of a woman who was found in a refrigerator in Belleplain State Forest. Prosecutors say the mans cell phone was in the area of the forest in the area the bod was found.
