Richard Shashaty, 37 of Brick Township, has been charged with arson after he has been connected to the start of a wildfire in Ocean County on November 6. Police saw Shashaty fired a “dragon’s breath” 12 gauge shotgun. This type of guns ammunition contains magnesium shards, which can ignite flammable objects, which in New Jersey is illegal according to 6abc.
