Man Who Ran Red Light While Speeding, Killing Another, Sentenced To Three Years

Ruddy Narvarez, 36 of Galloway, was speeding and went through a red light when his vehicle struck the side of a car turning left onto Bay Avenue in Ocean City during the evening of June 22, 2021. The collision killed the passenger of the other vehicle, killing John D Andrews, 66, of Ocean City. Narvarez has been given a sentence of three years in state prison, according to NJ.com.
