71 year old Julio Cincotti of Mays Landing has been charged with stealing $39,000 from two dozen victims who paid him to create headstones. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office says Cincotti has been charged with multiple counts of theft by deception. The crimes began in October, 2020.
