A 41 year old Atlantic City man has been convicted on charges that he sexually assaulted a five year old girl on Christmas Day in 2022. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced the conviction of Oscar Oberlino Gomez Miralda who committed an act of sexual penetration on the victim inside the juvenile’s home. He faces 25 years to life in prison with no parole.
