More information has been released about this week’s shooting on Pacific Avenue in Wildwood. 40-year old Wildwood resident William Hoyle has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and a weapons related charge. Tuesday night, police responded to shots fired in the area of 3817 Pacific Avenue. A 20 year old Lithuanian female was shot in the head. Police have also charged 45 year old David L. Johnson with hindering apprehension. Hoyle turned himself in to the Camden Police Department two days after the shooting. The victim of the shooting is still on life support measures at a regional hospital.
