New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has joined the chorus, asking for the resignation of Senator Robert Menendez who was convicted on all counts in his bribery trial. Murphy says he is willing to exercise his duty to make a temporary appointment to the Senate seat, if Menendez vacates it.
