New Report Shows Department of Corrections Did Not Investigate Excessive Force at Bayside Prison

A new report details a lack of proper investigation by the New Jersey Department of Corrections of alleged excessive force used at Bayside State Prison in Cumberland County. A new report issued by the State Comptroller shows 22 percent of witnesses to these incidents were not interviewed by investigators.
