Nineteen Stores Fined For Illegally Selling Flavored Vape Products

A total of nineteen stores, twelve being from Wildwood, have been fined civil penalties of $4,500 each, according to NJ.com. The sale of flavored vape products has been illegal since 2020 in the state of New Jersey. Previous action was taken earlier this summer by Wildwood officials as 8 business owners “were charged by city police with sales of flavored vapor products where prohibited, a disorderly persons offense.”
