Ocean City Allows Addition Of Boat Slips Despite Public Opposition

Ocean City has allowed the construction of 10 private boat slips behind a home on West 10th Street that has met public opposition, according to NJ.com. Thomas and Beverly Gill won an appeal at the city Zoning Board, declaring that a certain variance is not needed. While the Gills see it as an improvement for the neighborhood, a Facebook page was created in opposition called “Concerned Citizens For Glen Cove“.
