A 25-year-old Philadelphia man has been sentenced to four years in state prison for shooting a bystander outside an Atlantic City bar. Prosecutors say Carlos Medina-Morales opened fire on the Cinco de Mayo restaurant in July 2025 after arguing with staff who denied him entry. In addition to his prison term, Medina-Morales will serve three years of parole upon his release.
