Another big lawsuit for Stone Harbor. The Cape May County Herald reports that employee Megan Brown has sued over alleged actions by administrator Manny Parada. Brown alleges in the suit that Parada committed sexual harassment and created a hostile work environment. Stone Harbor has been previously sued by a former administrator, and a former municipal clerk.
