The good news, home values in Cape May County increased by nearly five percent in April. The bad news, that is the smallest increase experienced statewide. NJ.com reports Zillow evaluated the home values in April of 2024 compared to one year ago, and nine counties saw home values increase by double digits. The average home value in Cape May County is slightly over $700,000.
