The dispute over the future of the Sunset Beach Sportsmen’s Club at Higbee Beach continued in court Monday. The Press of Atlantic City reports that an attorney wants a jury to decide if the Club can remain in business at the location. Superior Court Judge Dean Marcolongo heard arguments in the case Monday, and no decision was made from the bench.
