A man who struck a pedestrian with a motor vehicle in Cape May this summer apparently ran over his father during the incident. The Press of Atlantic City reports Police Chief Dekon Fashaw made that announcement to City Council during a meeting this week. Brandon Rollins was the suspect identified; he also allegedly assaulted a woman in Virginia previously.
