A lawsuit filed against Stone Harbor has now moved into Superior Court. The Cape May County Herald reports a tort claim notice against Stone Harbor last summer went unanswered; now a suit has been filed in Superior Court that names the Borough, Administrator Manny Parada, and Councilwoman Jennifer Gensemer. Stevenson alleges a hostile work environment and sexual harassment. She is one of three former or current employees who have sued the municipality, two suits include the administrator.
