Report: Sea Isle City to Experience Tax Increase

A modest tax increase is coming to Sea Isle City. The Cape May County Herald reports Mayor Len Desiderio is calling for a 4.3 cent increase in the local tax rate this year. Sea Isle City has not experienced a tax hike during the last seven years. Desiderio says inflation has increased costs by nearly 20 percent.
