21 year old Javish Roman of Rio Grande was charged by authorities with charges including the manufacturing of child pornography. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Roman was found to have over 1,000 images of child pornography in his possession including evidence that an out of state juvenile was participating in prohibited sexual acts. Court proceedings are pending.
