Sea Isle City Mayor Len Desiderio will present the city’s annual budget during a Council meeting Tuesday morning. The Sea Isle council will join Avalon and other communities in opposing proposed new shore protection rules that would provide unilateral authority to state officials to close any beaches at any time in the event an endangered or threatened bird may land there. Sea Isle will also confirm the mayor’s reappointment of a municipal court judge.
