A New Jersey State Trooper will be barred from ever holding a public job after he pled guilty to charges that he punched a woman in the face while she was handcuffed in a patrol car. New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin says the incident occurred in Upper Deerfield Township, Cumberland County, in 2022. 28 year old Nicholas J. Hogan of Gibbstown entered the guilty plea. He may get probation after serving a stint in the County Jail.
