Cynthia Lindsay is the new Chief Financial Officer for the Borough of Stone Harbor. Lindsay was appointed to the position during a unanimous vote by Council Tuesday afternoon. She has previously served in state government, and in financial positions in Hamilton Township and Atlantic City.
