In an uncommon move, Stone Harbor’s council will rescind its recently adopted 2024 budget and then pass a resolution to adopt the budget at Tuesday’s meeting. Council also has a few closed session items on its agenda. Closed sessions to handle various matters including personnel have become common for the Council.
