Stuck Up: Townsend’s Inlet Bridge Stuck in “Up” Position Tuesday Evening

Oops, it’s stuck again. Avalon Police report that the Townsend’s Inlet Bridge between Avalon and Sea Isle City was stuck in the “up” position Tuesday evening just before sunset. No word on what caused the problem. The bridge is owned and maintained by the county.
