There is a threat for some severe weather in parts of Cape May County late Wednesday afternoon. The National Weather Service puts our region at risk for severe weather later today. Storms could produce heavy rainfall and wind gusts approaching 30mph. Much higher rain amounts are forecast for central and northern New Jersey.
