The National Weather Service is keeping a close eye on Tropical Storm Debby which will transition into a hurricane soon along the Gulf Coast of Florida. The storm may bring us some heavy rain later in the week. Another round of rain will occur earlier, on Tuesday, which may threaten National Night Out events.
